Openapi provides access via API to all the main Patronato and CAF services such as 730, NASpI, Voluntary Resignation and Financial Package.
The service is provided via API directly by a qualified professional and the timing, since it is carried out manually by operators, depends on the complexity of the file. Openapi guarantees that the entire process takes place in full compliance with current privacy regulations, with data minimisation and encryption logics.
Financial Package
With Openapi, you can easily integrate the Financial Package application service, which gathers all the documentation required by retirees to apply for loans, such as the salary-backed loan.
The request can be submitted directly by the declarant or through selected and recognised CAFs and Patronati (with delegation).

The additional documents needed will be requested by the CAF or Patronato that will handle the file in accordance with privacy regulations.

POST/IT-pacchetto-finanziariaIn addition to the data previously entered, the response will also contain:
- Request status
- Request ID
This information is essential for the next steps.
Check Request Status
To check the status of the request it is necessary to make a request to the endpoint GET/IT-pacchetto-finanziaria/{id} where the id is the identifier previously obtained.
As soon as the request status has changed to 'evaso' (=‘processed’) it will be possible to download the document.

The produced documents are deleted from Openapi's systems based on the timelines visible in the Redemption Period (the deadline after which the document is deleted from our servers) within the privacy documentation. If necessary, the client can contact the authorized Professional who provided the service, who is required to keep a copy in accordance with regulations.
The service is provided within 1 working day from the delivery of the complete documentation.
