Extraordinary leave (Law 104)

The request can be submitted directly by the claimant or through selected and recognised CAFs and Patronati (with delegation).

The additional documents required to apply for the extraordinary leave allowance will be requested by the CAF or Patronato that will handle the file in accordance with privacy regulations.

- Request status
- Request ID
This information is essential for the next steps.
Check Request Status
To check the status of the request it is necessary to make a request to the endpoint GET/IT-indennita-congedi-straordinari/{id} where the id is the identifier previously obtained.
As soon as the request status has changed to 'evaso' (=‘processed’) it will be possible to download the document.

The produced documents are deleted from Openapi's systems based on the timelines visible in the Redemption Period (the deadline after which the document is deleted from our servers) within the privacy documentation. If necessary, the client can contact the authorized Professional who provided the service, who is required to keep a copy in accordance with regulations.
The cost per request is €21.
