Check Risk for Freelancers (All)

Obtain the name, residence, registered office, code and ATECO description, phone number, and negative events of a freelancer using only the VAT number.
The Check Risk for Freelancers (All) service belongs to the RISK API and allows you to obtain, from the parameter tax code, a series of useful information for identifying residence, fiscal domicile, and telephone number, as well as verifying any negative events related to a freelancer.
The service is identified by the endpoint https://risk.openapi.com/IT-request.
Check Risk for Freelancers (All) allows you to retrieve in a single request the name, registered office, ATECO code and description, negative events, and phone number.

It is also possible to request only a part of the information. In this case, you can indicate the desired dataset (anagrafica, negativita, or telefoni) in the "tipo" field or directly use the specific endpoints for each dataset in the request.
The response is asynchronous, and you can set a callback during the request to be notified when the data is available, without needing to repeatedly call the GET/request/{id} endpoint to check its status. If a callback is set, 'headers' is a mandatory field and can be used to declare all the headers the user wants to include in the callback (such as session_id).

CONDITIONS AND USAGE OF THE SERVICE
Although the service is available automatically via API, it is subject to continuous monitoring of LOGs due to regulatory requirements, with the following limitations:
- The service is active from 9 AM to 7 PM
- The service is active only on business days
- The rate limit is automatically configured for each customer based on the annual volumes purchased
Requests made outside of these hours or days are queued and processed with priority on the next business day.
As per the contractual conditions, the service has daily rate limit restrictions to ensure proper service management.

Information is provided via API within 2 hours. This timeframe ensures the rapid availability of requested data, allowing users to efficiently integrate the information into their systems.
Requests are processed exclusively on business days, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Those submitted outside these hours or during holidays will be queued and handled with priority on the next business day.
The cost of the Check Freelancers for each individual request via recharge is €2.20 + VAT.
